1. Parties and scope
This DPA is between you (the customer, site visitor, applicant, or other individual whose information we process) and 30 Maid in Cleaning, LLC d/b/a Maid in Cleaning, 30 Greybarn Lane Suite 317 Amityville, NY 11701 ("Maid in Cleaning," "we," "us"). It covers personal information collected through maidincleaning.com, our booking portal, and our forms, and used to provide quotes, schedule cleaning, hire, handle guarantee requests, and operate the website.
It does not replace our Privacy Policy or Terms. If there is a conflict about how we process personal information, this DPA and the Privacy Policy control.
2. Roles
For information you submit to us about your household, job, or application, 30 Maid in Cleaning, LLC d/b/a Maid in Cleaning, 30 Greybarn Lane Suite 317 Amityville, NY 11701 is the business / controller. The companies listed in Section 8 are processors / service providers that handle that information only to provide the services we have hired them for.
3. Personal information we process
Depending on how you use the site, this may include:
- Name, email, phone number, and service address or area
- Job details (home size, service type, access notes, photos you send)
- Employment application details if you apply
- Guarantee-request details if you report a missed item
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising networks.
4. Purpose and duration
We process this information to respond to quotes, schedule and perform cleaning, communicate about jobs, review guarantee requests, consider job applications, secure the site, and meet legal or accounting duties. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it unless a law requires a longer hold.
5. Our obligations
- Use personal information only for the purposes above.
- Limit access to people and vendors who need it to do the work.
- Use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
- Require subprocessors to protect the information and use it only for our instructions.
- Notify you if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, or ask us to limit how we use it, subject to the law that applies to you (including California if you are a California resident). Email info@maidincleaning.com or call (800) 782-5802. We may need to verify it is you before we complete the request.
7. International processing
Our vendors are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
8. Subprocessors
We use the following companies to process personal information on our behalf. We do not control their entire platforms; each has its own terms and privacy policy.

If we add or replace a subprocessor that processes customer personal information in a material way, we will update this page.
9. Assistance and deletion
If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it from our systems where we control the records, and we will instruct subprocessors to delete it where the product allows, except where we must keep a record (for example, a completed job invoice).
