Raya King

I left corporate America to open my first business: a local laundromat. After just the first few weeks of operations, our customers started asking if we could also refer them to a trusted home cleaning company.

I did not have one to refer. So I took the work myself.

And that is how Maid In Cleaning began in 2012 in New York. My first customer was actually my next door neighbor, and for a while I cleaned homes on the weekends in the community until I could hire my first cleaner.

Fast forward to today and the standard I give every new cleaner is the same one I held myself to on those first jobs. Be on time, do not skip corners, and most importantly, you are in someone's home or business. Leave it better than you found it.

My promise to you: if we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

And this is Mulky. Our Chief Happiness Officer. He is part of the family.
