Before the team arrives: a short apartment checklist

A little prep helps the visit stay on the booked scope. Clear kitchen counters and bathroom vanities so the team can reach sinks, stove surfaces, and fixtures.

You do not need to be home. Leave access instructions, or arrange entry with building staff. If you will be there, a short walkthrough of special requests is enough.

Secure pets in a room the team will not need, unless you have already noted otherwise. Teams treat belongings carefully. Photos may be used when needed to document condition.

Skip buying products for the visit. Supplies are included. If you prefer a specific product, tell the office in advance so the note reaches the cleaner.
